Jeff Seifried joined Mile High Community Loan Fund in July 2006. He serves the 11 member Board of Directors and leads the organization’s effort to attract new investors, implement MHCLF’s strategic growth plan, promote MHCLF’s products to affordable housing developers and other non profit community based organizations and ensure the financial security and integrity of the Fund.
Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Seifried worked as the Urban Renewal Division Manager and the Small Business Development Coordinator for the City of Aurora, Colorado. He developed and managed two small business loan programs, negotiated redevelopment agreements and incentives for commercial and affordable housing projects and implemented strategies for redevelopment in two urban renewal project areas. He also reestablished the Small Business Developmental Center at Red Rocks Community College and managed the distribution of Federal workforce training monies for colleges, school districts and community-based organizations.
Mr. Seifried holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
Erika Lindholm has been with Mile High Community Loan Fund since October 2005. She is responsible for underwriting, loan portfolio management, providing technical assistance to borrowers, and marketing loan products. As the manager of this portion of the Fund’s operations, Ms. Lindholm uses her background in both the public and private sectors to provide exceptional service to MHCLF’s customers. Her more than 10 years of diverse experience within the housing and economic development industry makes her uniquely qualified to balance the broader mission of MHCLF and its clients while paying meticulous attention to the business principals that help these organizations achieve their goals.
Prior to joining MHCLF, Ms. Lindholm was the development officer for Medici Communities, LLC, a for-profit affordable housing development company in the Denver metro area. While managing the entitlement and financing processes for the company’s developments she gained valuable experience in putting together extremely complex tax-credit projects involving multiple sources of financing. Prior to her work in development, Ms Lindholm held city government economic development positions and worked on multiple consulting teams on redevelopment projects around the country.
Ms. Lindholm has a Bachelor of Arts in English at Wesleyan University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
Jaime Jarrett joined the staff of Mile High Community Loan Fund in September 2006. She was hired to help establish and maintain office management systems, strengthen communication with existing and potential investors, support loan servicing functions and expand the marketing, outreach and promotion of MHCLF and its products as the organization expands its lending reach, particularly in the nonprofit facilities market.
Prior to MHCLF, Ms. Jarrett worked at the City of Aurora as Urban Renewal Marketing Support Specialist and at the City of Northglenn as Public Communications Specialist. In both of these roles Jaime developed marketing collateral materials, coordinated special events, designed and wrote periodic newsletters, designed and produced presentation packages, and collaborated with public relations staff to deliver information to the community.
Ms. Jarrett has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
Elizabeth (Liz) Hayden-Jenkins has been president of Hayden-Jenkins Enterprises, Inc. since 1998. Her company clients have included nonprofit developers, certified public accountancy firms, broker-dealers, churches, homeowner associations, affordable housing developers, commercial construction contractors, and small businesses. Prior to 1998, Liz held management positions with an engineering firm, cable company, as CFO for a $150+ Million general contractor, and is the former owner of Financial Management Consultants.
Liz has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a BBA (Accounting) from National University, San Diego, California. She has been adjunct faculty for Pikes Peak Community College, Colorado Springs, Colorado and National University Department of Continuing Education, San Diego, California. She has served as Board President of Construction Financial Management Association and Home Health Care, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
