Mile High Community Loan Fund’s mission is to invest in affordable housing and other community assets to improve economic opportunities for low income and special needs persons and communities.
For affordable housing MHCLF measures the number of affordable housing units financed, the levels of affordability, new versus renovated units, for sale versus rental units, and the dollars leveraged on each project financed.
On nonprofit facility projects the measurement of impact is the amount of square footage developed and financing leveraged.
MHCLF has initiated an annual survey of bowers to, in part, that verify statistics used by MHCLF are accurate and that projects produced the projected results.
